Do you have a shop I can visit?
Yes - in store shopping is open in our Nottingham shop. Our address is: Flow Kayaks, Unit 13-14, Nottingham Wholesale and Trade Park, Clarke Road, Nottingham, NG2 3JJ.
Our opening times are:
Monday: 0900 - 1630
Tuesday: 0900 - 1630
Wednesday: 0900 - 1630
Thursday: Closed (Phone Line Open)
Friday: 0900 - 1630
Saturday: 0900 - 1630
Sunday: 1000 - 1600
How long is standard delivery?
Website, email and telephone orders are processed and dispatched the same day (no dispatch on Sunday).
Clothing, kit and other boxed goods are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. This is usually free for orders over £25. There is an option to add next day (Tracked 24) at checkout for an additional fee.
Inflatable SUPs and Kayaks are shipped on a Parcelforce 48H service, this is also free.
Kayaks and Canoes are usually hand delivered by ourselves Monday - Sunday, within 7 days of order. We will contact you to arrange the delivery slot. This is free if the delivery is in England and Wales. There is a fee of £65.00 for Scotland and Northern Ireland, these may also come via trusted courier.
Paddles will come via Parcelforce and other trusted couriers on a 48H service. Paddles are shipped for £12.50.
Click and Collect is free from our Nottingham shop and items are usually ready within an hour. If you'd like to check that you can make a same day pick up, please call us on 01156480631.
What is your returns policy?
At Flow Kayaks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we're here to help.
Please read our returns policy below:
60-Day Returns Period
You can return your item(s) within 60 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- In its original condition, unused, and undamaged in a re-saleable condition.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Refunds
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible upon receiving your returned item, please allow up to 5 working days from the received delivery back at our warehouse.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
How to Return an Item
Bring the item to our store or send it back via a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Include your proof of purchase, if available. If you are shipping the item back to us, please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exceptions
Clearance Items: These items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective.
Customized or Special-Order Products: Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to find a suitable replacement. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Does your website show live stock?
Yes - our stock management system is linked to our store and warehouse. If it's available for order online then it's usually in stock.
Some of our products are available on backorder, we will contact you to give you an ETA at the time of order.
There is a problem with the product I've received, what do I do?
If you have received a faulty product or it is not as described, please email us at shop@flowkayaks.co.uk with a description of the problem. We will then take the appropriate action to have your product swapped, warrantied where applicable or refunded.
I'm new to paddle sport and I want some advice, but I'm not sure I'm ready to purchase anything just yet. Can I ask for some guidance?

Do you take credit card payments?
Yes - We take payments in store and online from most major card providers, including Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.
Do you offer credit options?
We offer Klarna and PayPal Pay Later options to either delay or spread your payment!
I'm interested in a new kayak but I' like to try it first, do you offer demos?
We have a large fleet of demo boats, as well as paddles so you can try before you buy!

I'm part of a club and we're looking to purchase a bulk order. Is it possible to place this with yourselves?
Yes - we offer club/ trade discounts for volume orders to keep your club, outdoor centre or business on the water, with the best products, at a great price.
Do you take part exchange?
We accept part ex on kayaks and canoes towards new kayaks and canoes. Please email shop@flowkayaks.co.uk with the specifications of your trade in, along with pictures and we will give you a part exchange value.
It may not always be possible to offer part exchange but we will to our best to offer a suitable solution.
