60-Day Returns Period

You can return your item(s) within 60 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

In its original condition, unused, and undamaged in a re-saleable condition.
Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Initiation of the Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Access our Returns Portal online.
Provide your order number with the # and your email address.
Select the item(s) you'd like to return.
Choose whether you'd like to Exchange, Receive Store Credit or Return for each item.
Select the shipping method you prefer and receive a QR code.
Take your parcel to the nearest drop off point.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible upon receiving your returned item, please allow up to 5 working days from the received delivery back at our warehouse.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Clearance Items: These items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective.

Customised or Special-Order Products: Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective.
