Website, email and telephone orders are processed the same day, where possible during our shop opening hours. Clothing, equipment and accessories orders will be dispatched on a 24 hour service with Royal Mail, with an estimated delivery date of 1 - 3 working days from the time of order. Kayaks, canoes and paddles may need to be delivered by a private courier and sometimes take longer to arrange. Please contact us for an accurate delivery time scale.

If your new order doesn't fit, isn't what you were looking for or you have changed your mind, don't panic! Goods purchased online or in store may be returned to us for a full refund within 60 days of your receipt of delivery. Good must be returned unused, with labels attached and with their original packaging. We can then issue a full refund, minus the original cost of posting where applicable. Alternatively we can swap for another item or issue your account with credit for future orders if requested. Please note refunds require 5 working days for us to process.
