Description & Useful Information
The Palm Gradient 3.0 Boots are totally designed and tested for water. The Vibram sole, made from ultra sticky Idrogrip rubber compound with traction lugs, keeps your feet planted when climbing or descending. The midsole's dual density foam cushions your heel and aids stability and control with denser foam on the forefoot. The upper is designed for durability in the water too, including a neoprene cuff that keeps out river grit. The large toe box has plenty of wiggle room and the insole is removable to make space to add winter socks.
Bren Orton oversaw the Gradient 3.0 from concept to design and put them through countless hours of testing. His Sherbet+Turquoise colourway has a touch of his own waterfall art. We tragically lost Bren to the river in May 2024. Honouring his memory, a portion of each sale of all Gradient boots goes to a cause for his family and legacy.

Website, email and telephone orders are processed and dispatched the same day (no dispatch on Sunday). Sunday's orders are dispatched Monday morning.
Clothing, kit and other boxed goods are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. This is usually free for orders over £25. There is an option to add next day (Tracked 24) at checkout for an additional fee.
Inflatable SUPs and Kayaks are shipped on a DHL next day service, this is also free.
Kayaks and Canoes are usually hand delivered by ourselves Monday - Sunday, within 7 days of order. We will contact you to arrange the delivery slot. This is free if the delivery is in England and Wales. There is a fee of £65.00 for Scotland and Northern Ireland, these may also come via trusted courier.
Paddles will come via DHL or DX and other trusted couriers on a next working day service.
Click and Collect is free from our Nottingham shop and items are usually ready within an hour. If you'd like to check that you can make a same day pick up, please call us on 01156480631.
What is your returns policy?
60-Day Returns Period
You can return your item(s) within 60 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, the item must be:
In its original condition, unused, and undamaged in a re-saleable condition.
Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Refunds
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible upon receiving your returned item, please allow up to 5 working days from the received delivery back at our warehouse.
